Biography
For more than 13 years, Delphine has supported women through practices that combine breath, mobility, strengthening, and nervous-system settling.
Trained in yoga, with a Viniyoga foundation from the Madras yoga tradition, and enriched by Prana Flow, Yin Yoga, pre- and postnatal yoga, women's yogatherapy, and Pilates Mat, she offers a gentle, fluid, conscious approach to movement.
Her classes are especially suited to women after 40 and combine precision, breath, stability, mobility, and inner wellbeing.
