Terms of service & Liability Waiver

Welcome to our educational programs provided by Education Somatique Bruxelles (BE-0687.654.873) and Lighthouse Lab (BE-0765.931.794), both located at 274 Rue des Alliés, 1190 Bruxelles. Our offerings include live courses, workshops, trainings, and online courses or e-learning content. By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We offer a variety of educational programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in specific areas. Each program’s content, duration, delivery method, and learning outcomes will be specified on the respective program page on our website.

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian to enroll in any of our programs.

Fees for each program vary and are listed on the respective program’s registration page. Payment is required at the time of enrollment and can be made through Stripe or other specified payment methods. Access to live events or online course materials will be granted upon successful registration and payment.

Online Courses: Participants can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the course has not been completed or extensively accessed. Live Events: Refunds for live events must be requested at least 24 hours after the purchase of the participation of the event.

All program materials, including videos, texts, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Education Somatique Bruxelles and Lighthouse Lab. These materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use the program materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration and participation in our programs will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all interactions within our programs. Any form of harassment, abuse, or misuse of program materials will lead to termination of participation without refund.

Education Somatique Bruxelles and Lighthouse Lab will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the programs.

Disputes arising under these Terms of Service will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Brussels Chamber of Commerce.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued enrollment in programs after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

By enrolling in any program, participants release and forever discharge Education Somatique Bruxelles and Lighthouse Lab, their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or claims which may arise out of or in connection with their participation in any activities conducted by these entities.

By continuing with enrollment and participation in any program, participants signify their consent to this waiver, confirm that they are of legal age and voluntarily agree to the terms.

This program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information presented is not intended as a substitute for the advice provided by your physician or other healthcare professional. Do not use the information from the program for diagnosing or treating a health problem or disease, or prescribing any medication or other treatment.

We reserve the right to modify this waiver at any time, without giving prior notice. Participants will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
