Biography
Betzabel Falfan is a certified Feldenkrais practitioner and co-founder of the Forest Lighthouse Center. She is also certified in Child’Space—supporting babies, children, and parents in developmental processes—and in the Brighter Minds Alpha program, focused on cognitive and perceptual development. She authored one of the first Master’s-level academic research works on the Sattriya tradition of classical Indian dance.
Originally from Mexico, her background bridges somatic education and high-level performing arts training. She studied drama at Cours Florent and at the Municipal Conservatory Gustave Charpentier in Paris, and conducted in-depth research on classical Indian dance, specializing in Sattriya between 2010 and 2013. She further developed her practice in India, training in Bharatanatyam and Sattriya with support from Paris Jeunes Talents and the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
Her work is grounded in a strong interest in learning processes, neurodevelopment, and the relationship between movement, perception, and expression. She works with a wide range of people, including adults, children, performers, and individuals experiencing chronic pain, or seeking greater ease, coordination, and adaptability in their daily lives.
