What is Bones for LifeĀ® – Certificate Program ?

Many people experience joint discomfort or suffer from recurring injuries, aware that a change is necessary but unsure of what that change should be. Bones for LifeĀ® offers concrete solutions to gain stability and confidence. Whether you want to improve your personal well-being or enhance your professional skills, this practice will transform your relationship with your body.

The Bones for LifeĀ® certification program is designed to be taken after completing the basic program and completes the path to becoming a certified Bones for LifeĀ® teacher.

BONES FOR LIFEĀ® is a program that stimulates bone strength and promotes posture that supports body weight. It is the art of safely stimulating the bones. The primary condition for supporting dynamic movements capable of building bone is to ensure a reliable posture that will protect the cervical vertebrae, lumbar vertebrae, hips, and knees from compression and deviation.
